FOR SUPPORT TO PROJECTS OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS
IN NORTH MACEDONIA AND KOSOVO
You may submit your project proposals, which should contribute to strengthen prospects for reconciliation in the region by establishing the facts on war crimes, engaging civil society and the broader public in reconciliation and remembrance efforts and support to Initiative for RECOM. Your proposals should be submitted in English or local language, until 30 May 2019 and you will be notified on results of the competition approximately until 15 June 2019. Signing of the contract will be conducted upon the publication of the results. Project activities must be completed until 30 December 2019.

YOUTH INTERCULTURAL CAMP
If you are a high-schooler wishing to learn and to work within multicultural environment on widening of understanding of concept of interculturalism; if you want to strengthen your own capacities and skills by which you can later activelly contribute to the process of development and cherishing of interculturalism – the YOUTH INTERCULTURAL CAMP is your programme!
Youth Intercultural Camp offers to the youth possibility to learn about human rights, tolerance, multiculturalism and interculturalism, in an interractive manner, through intensive five-days programme, which encompasses lectures, workshops, forum-theatres, film screenings etc. Also, its provides possibility for youth to adopt youth activism skills in order to further implement the acquired knowledge through tailor-made activities that would influence their local environment and school.

- school for studying democracy from theory to practice -
Democracy School programme encompasses 20 sessions which are combination of lectures, interactive work through workshops and simulations, as well as film screenings with accompanying discussions. Programme is conducted for four months, once or twice per week, for an hour and a half.
Candidates over 18 are eligible, regardless of gender, nationality, religion or beliefs, with the indication that advantage will be given to those who demonstrate high degree of social activism in governmental, non-governmental, political party, union, media, economic, scientific, cultural framework and student associations and initiatives. The School is intended for those who wish to contribute to development of democracy and civil society in Montenegro.

EU ACCESSION NEGOTIATIONS SCHOOL
The School is comprised of seven modules which will be implemented through 22 thematic lectures in Podgorica and one three-days seminar outside of Podgorica.
- The EU Enlargement Policy and the history of Montenegro-EU relations
- Negotiation Chapters
- Negotiation structure and the accession negotiations process of Montenegro
- Regional and broader experiences
- Communicating EU in Montenegro and communicating Montenegro in the EU
- Availability of IPA funds and programmes in which Montenegro participates
- Writing project-proposals for EU funds
Sessions are held once or twice per week, for an hour and a half, as well as through expert seminars and conferences.
