Centre for Civic Education, Centre for Development of non-governmental organisations and European Movement in Montenegro with the support of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Serbia and Montenegro, published an announcement on 25 April 2006, regarding a study visit to EU, within the “Learn about EU personally” project.
The earnestness of the wish of Montenegrin citizens to learn about EU is best illustrated by the fact, in the span of some 16 days, 142 candidates applied. Out of that number there are 54.22% women and 45, 77% men. As for their level of education, among the applicants are 5 PhDs, 7 people with Masters’ degrees, 97 with Bachelor degrees, 2 with a completed high school education, 3 high school pupils and 28 students.

STUDY VISIT TO THE EU
The study visit is a part of the programme „Learn about the EU personnally“, and it includes visit a few days visit to Brussels as the headquarter of the main EU institutions. During that period, programme participants will be able to visit main institutions of the EU and familiarise themselves with the organisation, functioning and desicision making process within these institutions, as well as of EU in general, through contacts with the institutions’ representatives.
CCE and Royal Norwegian Embassy are publishing an ADVERTISMENT for III generation of the
HUMAN RIGHTS AND MINORITY RIGHTS SCHOOL
School comprises 4 modules lasting totally four months. The courses will be held twice a week for 2 hours. All expenses are covered by the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Centre for Civic Education, with obligation of the participants to attend not less than 80% of the programme.

For the best participants, there are awards:
I place – 150 EUR
II place – 100 EUR
and numerous awards for the other successful participants.
In addition to the awards decided by the jury, audience will also have an opportunity to cast a vote.
