Monika Mrnjačević completed her bachelor’s and specialist studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Donja Gorica (UDG). She also completed the regional Democracy School organised by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), the Centre for International Relations from Banja Luka and the Centre for International Studies from Zagreb. She attended the seminar Wealth of Diversity – Cultural history of minorities in Montenegro, organized by the CCE, with the support of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights. Her major focus is linked to human rights. She translated a series of CCE’s publications related to contemporary methods of history teaching on contraversory topics from Montenegrin to Albanian. Furthermore, she was engaged as an interpreter during the shooting of the second season of the serial “Besa”. With her mother tongue Albanian, she is fluent in Montenegrin, English and German.
