for submission of offers for accommodation and conference services for the organization of the Digital rights lab for youth
The Centre for Civic Education (CCE), within the project “Safeguarding Rights and Promoting Digital Citizenship – Montenegro Digital Shield (MDS)”, financially supported by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry for Regional Development, Investment and Cooperation with NGOs, is organizing the Digital rights lab for youth.
The organization of the Digital rights lab for youth requires hotel accommodation services, a conference hall, as well as meals and refreshments.
Who can submit an offer?
Hotels with the capacity to accommodate a group of 28 participants and an adequate conference hall located in Montenegro, or agencies registered for the provision of such services.
How to submit an offer?
Follow the instructions provided in Part A of the tender documentation and submit both the technical and financial offer.

Note: Prices in Part C: Financial Offer must be expressed exclusive of VAT.
The deadline for submission of offers is 6 October 2025, by 12:00.
The selection of the best bidder will be carried out internally in accordance with established procedures based on the following criterion: “Best price in relation to the offered quality.”
