TENDER
for submission of offers for accommodation and conference services for the organization of a two-day event
The Centre for Civic Education (CCE), within the framework of the project “Together for LGBTIQ+ Equality”,financially supported by the European Commission and co-financed by the Ministry for Regional-Investment Development and Cooperation with NGOs, is organizing a two-day event.
The organization of the event involves the engagement of hotel accommodation services, a conference hall, as well as meal and refreshment services.
Who can submit an offer?
Hotels with accommodation capacity to host a group of 20 persons and an adequate conference hall within the territory of the Capital City Podgorica, or agencies registered to provide this type of service.

By following the instructions provided in Part A of the tender documentation and submitting both the technical and financial offer.

The deadline for submitting offers is 26 September 2025 by 11:00.
The selection of the best bidder will be carried out internally, in accordance with established procedures, based on the criterion of “Best price in relation to the offered quality.”
