participants of the training for teaching staff and psychological-pedagogical services in schools on recognizing and preventing homophobic peer violence in the school environment
The aim of this one-day training is to empower professionals in the school environment to recognize, prevent, and effectively respond to situations of peer violence motivated by homophobia.
The programme includes the following topics:

Additionally, a handbook on providing support to LGBTIQ+ youth in cases of peer violence will be presented in detail, as a useful practical tool for the further work of the participants.
The training will be held on 28 October 2025, in Podgorica, and the costs of organisation and participants’ transport will be covered by the CCE.
The public call is open to all teachers, professors, and employees in psychological-pedagogical services in primary and secondary schools across Montenegro.
