Centre for Civic Education (CCE) is organising an info session to present the CfP for Supporting Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) Projects in Montenegro within the framework of the programme Protection of Rights and Promotion of Digital Citizenship: Montenegrin Digital Shield (MDS).
The info session will be held on 22 October 2025, from 13:30 to 14:30, in the CCE conference room (Svetlane Kane Radević 1/1, Podgorica). On this occasion, the goals, topics, and conditions of the call will be presented in detail, while the project team will answer questions from interested CSOs.
Project proposals submitted under this call should aim to address contemporary challenges of digital citizenship by preventing human rights violations, combating disinformation, developing media literacy and digital skills, promoting an open and safe Internet, raising awareness about digital rights, empowering young people for responsible Internet use, countering hate speech, fake news, and cyberbullying, as well as strengthening digital citizenship competencies.
The total amount of funds available under this call is EUR 105,000. The amount of funds that may be awarded for individual projects ranges from EUR 10,000 to EUR 17,500.
The programme Protection of Rights and Promotion of Digital Citizenship: Montenegrin Digital Shield (MDS) is implemented by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE), in partnership with the SHARE Foundation, and in cooperation with the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services, with the financial support of the European Union and co-financing from the Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organisations.
