Advertisment for participants of IX generation of the Human Rights School

Center for Civic Education (CCE) publishes the advertisement for participants of IX generation of

HUMAN RIGHTS SCHOOL
– schools for the study of human rights from theory to practice –

School consists of 5 modules for a total of four months. Classes will be held once or twice a week for two hours. All expenses are covered by the Centre for Civic Education with support of donors and with the obligation of the participants to attend at least 80% of the programme. After finishing School participants receive a certificate and be eligible for further training.

Human Rights School provides a broad theoretical and practical knowledge about the concept of human rights, affirms the culture of human rights, inspiring and motivating people to stand up for their rights, as well as the rights of those who are not able to do it themselves and empowers them to have direct impact on the community in the future.

Candidates are welcome regardless of age, gender, nationality, religion or belief, with note that priority is given to activists of political parties and gongovernmental organizations, youth leaders and students and individuals who show a high degree of social activism.

Expert lecturers will work with participants through presentations, workshops, film screenings and theatre processing a wide range of topics within human rights field.
