On the occasion of International Education Day, the Centre for Civic Education (CCE) is publishing a video vignette “Poor Enlightenment“, which provides an overview of the situation in the formal education in Montenegro, focusing on some key issues that determine the quality of the Montenegrin education system.
The vignette was created within the project “Media for Me“, implemented by the CCE, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway and the Balkan Democracy Fund of the German Marshall Fund.
