Call for Participants of the Intercultural Camp
Centre for Civic Education (CCE)
is announcing a call for participants for the
INTERCULTURAL CAMP
If you are a high school student and want to learn about constructive forms of communication, build connections with peers from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and influence changes in your school and local community to promote and enhance interculturalism – then the Intercultural Camp is the programme for you!
The aim of the Intercultural Camp is to develop intercultural communication skills among young high school students from different parts of Montenegro.
The Intercultural Camp offers high school students a five-day programme to learn about acceptance and tolerance, the consequences of radicalization, intercultural dialogue skills, peaceful conflict resolution, the importance of respecting diversity regardless of personal characteristics, as well as how to actively advocate for the modern concept of human rights, gender equality, and resist peer violence and juvenile delinquency.
The activities will be organized through interactive methods, including short introductory lectures followed by workshops, group work, forum theatre, film screenings, debates, simulations, and open discussions.
Who can apply for the Intercultural Camp?
Regular students of all high schools in Montenegro.
