Call for Participants – Intercultural Camp

Centre for Civic Education (CGO)
announces a call for participants for the

INTERCULTURAL CAMP

Are you a high school student interested in learning about constructive forms of communication, connecting with peers from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, contributing to positive changes in your school and local community, and promoting interculturalism? If so, the Intercultural Camp is the programme for you!

The goal of the Intercultural Camp is to develop intercultural communication skills among high school students from various parts of Montenegro.

The Intercultural Camp offers participants a five-day programme where they will learn about acceptance, tolerance, the consequences of radicalization, skills for intercultural dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution, as well as the importance of respecting diversity regardless of personal characteristics. Participants will also be guided on how to advocate for modern human rights concepts, gender equality, and how to stand against peer violence and juvenile delinquency.

The camp will be conducted using interactive methods, including short introductory lectures followed by workshops, group work, forum theatre, film screenings, debates, simulations, and open discussions.

Who can apply for the Intercultural Camp?

Regular students of all high schools in Montenegro.

How to apply for the Intercultural Camp?

All interested candidates can apply directly through the link.
