CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS
for the
EU ACCESSION NEGOTIATIONS SCHOOL
The EU Accession Negotiations School is a unique educational programme that opens the door to the world of European integration for youth, activists, students, researchers, journalists, and young professionals. The programme is designed to provide a broad range of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills about the accession negotiation process with the European Union, as well as to encourage participants to actively contribute to the promotion of European values, standards, and best practices in Montenegro.
The EU Accession Negotiations School is intended for those already involved in the European integration process who wish to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their engagement, as well as for those planning to become involved – whether by following, critically assessing, or helping to shape the process. It is an opportunity for all who want to meaningfully broaden their knowledge and professional horizons, while also contributing to strengthening Montenegro’s European perspective.
A total of 25 participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge through four carefully structured modules – comprising 11 thematic units and one specialized training, covering core EU concepts and policies, the negotiation process, key negotiation chapters, youth activism and mobility, the project cycle, and writing project proposals for EU funds.

Classes will be held in Podgorica, twice a week, lasting an hour and a half per session, accompanied by expert seminars and conferences. The programme will be delivered by prominent domestic and international experts, diplomats, government officials, and representatives of the civil sector. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive certificates.
