Enes Pućurica, Programme Associate

Enes Pućurica graduated in Architecture from Selçuk University in Turkey and has built his professional path at the intersection of communication, visual expression and social engagement. He is actively involved in the fields of human rights, equality and promotion of European values, including through his role as a Young European Ambassador within the WeBalkans initiative supported by the European Union, where he participates in projects dedicated to human rights, mental health and art among youth across the region. Previously, he worked as a Project Coordinator at the NGO Queer Montenegro, as well as in the private sector as a Digital Marketing Manager. He participated as a speaker and delegate in numerous international conferences and trainings organized by the Council of Europe, RYCO, Erasmus+ network, and in national and local trainings focused on gender equality, combating hate speech, inclusion, media literacy, and art. Also, he took part in various programmes in Montenegro, Italy, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Albania, and Turkey. Additionally, he specialized in digital marketing, social media campaign creation and optimization, as well as in the development of creative visuals and video content. He also completed the Digital Laboratory for Youth, organized by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE). Fluent in English and Turkish, with working knowledge of Spanish and Russian.
