Jovana Radulović completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro, where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Relations. Additionally, she completed Regional School of Political Philosophy Dr. Zoran Đinđić, organized by the Dr. Zoran Đinđić Foundation and the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Belgrade, Rhetoric School of the Faculty for State and European Studies, Security Academy for Youth organized by the CCE with the support of NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, as well as the Gender Equality School organized by CEDEM. She has attended numerous programmes in mobility, intercultural youth exchange, strengthening youth competencies, as well as youth engagement in the prevention and countering of violent extremism and the deconstruction of extremist narratives, along with security issues and EU integration, organized by OSCE, Forum MNE, Youth Network of Montenegro, Active Zone, RYCO, Atlantic Council, Hanns Seidel Stiftung, etc. She also completed the School for Young Film Producers as part of the Seanema Film Festival. Also, she participated in study visits to Switzerland and Serbia. Currently, she serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin Association of Political Science Students (MAPSS), where she has been actively engaged in various roles since the beginning of her studies. She is a member of YATA Montenegro and previously was a member of the Faculty of Political Science Student Council. Furthermore, she was a municipal instructor for MONSTAT during the Census of Population, Households, and Dwellings and an observer in the 2023 Montenegrin presidential elections as part of the mission of the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI). Fluent in English and has a knowledge of Russian.
