Milica Borozan, Project Assistant

Milica Borozan graduated in Communication Studies from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Donja Gorica and is currently pursuing applied Master’s studies in Management at the University of Montenegro. She is actively involved in volunteer work with the Red Cross of Cetinje, where she participates in first aid and elderly care programmes, and she holds a certified First Aid Instructor license. She gained professional experience working in the call centres of the Red Cross of Cetinje and the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro, engaging in communication with users, particularly COVID-19 patients, providing psychosocial support to various groups, and contributing to public health research. She further developed her skills through an internship at the marketing agency DAA, focusing on copywriting and campaign development in the areas of gender equality and democracy, and at the National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro, where she collaborated with the PR team and applied her knowledge in marketing and public relations. She completed internal trainings at the Centre for Civic Education (CCE/CGO) in communications, event organization, free access to information, and project proposal writing for Government of Montenegro calls. Fluent in English with working knowledge of Russian.
