Rozana Vuljaj graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Donja Gorica, where she earned a Bachelor of Law degree, and is currently pursuing specialist studies in the Criminal Justice Department at the University Mediterranean. During her studies, she was actively involved in volunteer and educational programmes in her community, including engagement with the Red Cross. She completed internal trainings at the Centre for Civic Education (CCE) in communications, event organization, and access to information. In addition to her native Albanian, she is fluent in Montenegrin and English and has a working knowledge of Italian.
