Dr Judy Batt is the expert of the Paris based European Union Institute for Security Studies. Her focus is new Central and East European member states and their contribution to the common foreign and security policy, Balkan security issues and the EU’s role in the Balkans.

Diego Cardenas Ramirez is the lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration – Antenna Luxembourg for European Law and European Policies (EU institutional Law, EU Decision Making Processes and Internal Market Legislation), with specific experience in CEE and the Balkan Region.

Lora Borissova is the lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration – Antenna Luxembourg for in EU Law and Policies (Justice, Freedom and Security; Internal Market; Infringement Procedure; Enlargement), with specific experience in CEE and the Western Balkan Countries.

Two years without information on the functioning of RTCG

Centre for Development of Non-Governmental Organisations (CDNGO) and Centre for Civic Education (CCE) remind that the Council of PBS RTCG, whose President and at least one other member are occupying these positions contrary to the Law, have not been making their financial reports and plans public, and that the work of the Council has been hidden from the public for at least two years…
