Guest/panelist: Martin Harvey, Head of the European Commission Office in Montenegro

Mr Martin Harvey is the Head of the European Commission Office in Montenegro. Most of his professional background is related to the European Commission where he started as analyst for macro-economic issues and then EU policies to support enterprise and small businesses. Later on, he followed relations with other European countries and was actively involved in accession negotiations with Sweden and Cyprus, whereas from 2002 until September 2006 he looked after relations of EU with Turkey. Also, in one mandate he represented the European Commission in Vienna working with the OSCE and UN offices. By education he is an economist.
