Centre for Civic Education is publishing an ADVERTISMENT for VI and VII generation of the
HUMAN RIGHTS AND MINORITY RIGHTS SCHOOL
school for learning human rights from theory to practice
School comprises 4 modules lasting totally five months. The courses will be held twice a week for 2 hours. All expenses are covered by the Centre for Civic Education with support of the Commission for allocation of part of lottery games, and with obligation of the participant to attend not less than 80% of the programme.
Human rights and minority rights school provides wide theoretical and practical knowledge on concept of human rights, affirms the culture of human rights, inspiring and motivating people to stand for their rights, as well as for those who are not able to do that on their own and to empower them to have more direct influence within society in future.
Upon finishing of the School the participants shall receive a certificate and be eligible for further educational development.
The right to participate have candidates who want to contribute to respect of human rights in Montenegro. All candidates are welcome, regardless of age, gender, nationality, religion or personal convictions, with the indication that advantage have activists of the political parties and non-governmental organisations, media professionals, lawyers, young leaders, students and all individuals who are showing high level of social activism.
Prominent domestic and foreign lecturers will be working with the participants.
