OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS
for the support of civil society organization (CSO) projects in Montenegro in
the field of human rights
Your project proposals, which should contribute to strengthening of the role of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reforms in Montenegro, in supporting the peaceful conciliation of group interests and in consolidating political participation and representation, should be submitted by 20 May 2014.
Eligible CSOs for this competition should meet the following criteria:
- to be registered as an association of citizens at least twelve months prior to the announcement of this competition;
- to be based in Montenegro;
- to be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their co-applicant (if any), not acting as an intermediary.
In order to apply for this competition, you should fill out: Application Form, Budget Proposal Form and Logical Framework. Before filling out these forms, you should carefully read detailed Guidelines.

In order to contribute to the successful realization of the projects, six-day capacity building programme in the field of human rights and project management for awarded CSOs will be organized. Also, the continuous advisory support in the field of project management will be provided for all CSOs whose projects are supported.
For the presentation of this competition in detail, there will be three informative meetings organized, according to the following schedule:
25 April 2014 – Podgorica
28 April 2014 – Berane
30 April 2014 – Tivat

Thanks to the support of EU Delegation in Montenegro, CCE provided funds to support small projects
in total amount of 50,000 EUR where the minimum amount that can be awarded for individual projects is 5,000 EUR while the maximum amount is 8,000 EUR. When it comes to partner projects the maximum amount is 12,000 EUR!
