Krešo is in at a loose end, a fully qualified biologist, he’s about to hit middle age, disillusioned, out of work and stuck in a marriage that should probably never have started. Meanwhile in the county’s cash-strapped government is busy looking for unique ways to save money , and now, over 20 years after the war, sets its sights on the widows. Anyone not yet remarried, but live in a new relationship will no longer be allowed a military pension. Enforcing the unpopular requires a new department: the Ministry of Love, whose will be to gather information on any widows breaking the new law. With nothing to lose, Krešo agrees to be put forward by his pushy father in law. The only problem is, together with his eccentric partner, Šikić, he’s completely the wrong man for the job. It has successfully participated in Pula Film Festival 2016, Film Festival Avvantura Zadar 2016, Montreal World Film Festival 2016, Slovenian Film Festival 2016, Raindance Film Festival 2016, Chicago International Film Festival 2016, Arras Film Festival in 2016 and Mostar Film Festival in 2016 and the trailer of the film, as well as more details of festivals where the film was shown, can be found at: http://ubrzaj.me/index.php/sr/program-berane/ministarstvo-ljubavi

At 20:00h film “Neruda” by Pablo Larain will be screened. The movie plot is set in 1948 and the time when the Cold War came to Chile. In congress, Senator Pablo Neruda accuses the government of betraying the Communist Party and is swiftly impeached by President Gonzales Videla. Prefect of Police Oscar Peluchonneau is assigned to arrest the poet. Neruda tries to flee the country with his wife, the painter Delia del Carril, but they are forced into hiding. Inspired by dramatic events of his new life as a fugitive, Neruda writes his epic collection of poems, Canto General. Meanwhile, in Europe, the legend of the poet hounded by the policeman grows, and artists led by Pablo Picasso clamor for Neruda’s freedom. Neruda, however, sees this struggle with his nemesis Peluchonneau as an opportunity to reinvent himself. In this story of a persecuted poet and his implacable adversary, Neruda recognizes his own heroic possibilities: a chance to become both a symbol for liberty and a literary legend. So far, it has been presented at the Directors’ Fortnight, Cannes Film Festival, 2016, the Toronto International Film Festival, 2016, the Munich Film Festival, 2016 New Zealand International Film Festival, 2016, Sarajevo Film Festival, 2016, and trailer of the film, as well as more details of the festivals where the film was screened, can be found at: http://ubrzaj.me/index.php/sr/program-berane/neruda
