Nine non-governmental organizations, which have a culture in their focus through various programmes, today sent an open letter to Aleksandar Bogdanović, Minister of Culture, on the occasion of the Decision on the allocation of funds to non-governmental organizations based on the public call “Let’s develop cultural habits!” assessing that these funds were not distributed legally and in the public interest.
The letter was signed by the Youth Cultural Center Herceg Novi, Association of Theater Critics and Theatrologists of Montenegro, ART 365, Institute of Contemporary Art, Association of Fine Artists of Montenegro, Centre for Civic Education (CCE), NOVA Centre for Feminist Culture, Coryphaeus and Association of Actors of Montenegro.
