YouthJobLink – Call for employers

Centre for Civic Education (CCE), within the project YouthJobLink – linking youth and social enterprises, supported by the European Union through the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance, announces

CALL
for employers interested to participate in the programme of strengthening their capacities and employment of young people

The capacity building programme includes:

  • analysis of the existing capacities of the social enterprise/organization and identification of ways to become more competitive and sustainable to enhance the social aspect of their operations;
  • development of approaches to work with less employable young people and providing mentoring support;
  • promotion of social entrepreneurship, i.e. social business of the organization/enterprise.

This one-day programme for 20 participants will be held in January 2024 in Podgorica, while 10 employers will be selected for the youth employment programme whose compensations will be covered by the CCE for a period of six months.

Interested companies/organizations can apply by sending their website information, a motivation letter and a brief description of the social aspect of their business to info@cgo-cce.org, with the subject “For YouthJobLink EMPLOYERS “.

The deadline for applications is 29 December 2023 by 16h00.

Selection criteria include the quality of the application, the degree of expressed motivation, the social aspect of the business, the potential for the capacity building programme to improve the status of the company/organization and to meet the needs of users, as well as the the ability to provide a job and mentorship support for one person coming through this project to the selected company/organization. A social enterprise or organization with a social aspect of operation must have this dimension defined or be in the process of establishing a social dimension of business.
