Centre for Civic Education (CCE), within the project “CSOs in Montenegro – from basic services to policy shaping – M’BASE“, financially supported by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry of Public Administration, is conducting a public opinion research on the role of civil society in the democratization and Europeanization process of Montenegro.

The selection of the best bidder will be conducted internally in accordance with established procedures based on the following criterion: “Best value for money”.
