Centre for Civic Education (CCE)

announces a CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS for the

EU NEGOTIATIONS SCHOOL

EU Negotiations School is designed as a unique programme that offers a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills about the negotiation process with the EU. It is intended for those who have recently begun participating in the negotiation process to help them perform their roles more expertly and effectively, as well as for those who wish to participate in the process in the future or to monitor and evaluate it. This programme is for those who want to expand their knowledge of the negotiation process and contribute to the promotion of European ideas, standards, and best practices in Montenegro.

A total of 25 participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills through four modules, comprising 15 thematic sessions and one training. The topics covered include the basic concepts, processes, and policies related to EU integration; activism, mobility programmes, and networking for youth from Montenegro and the EU; the project cycle and writing project proposals for EU funds; as well as discussions with EU member states ambassadors and officials from Montenegro.

Classes are held twice a week in Podgorica, lasting an hour and a half, along with expert seminars and conferences. Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive certificates.

The EU Negotiations School will be led by distinguished domestic and international experts, diplomats, government officials, and representatives of civil society.
