Through this three-day programme, you will gain a deeper understanding of digital rights and the challenges we face, as well as learn how to actively use these rights for personal development and positive social change.
The training will take place from 6 to 8 March 2026, in the North or South of Montenegro.

What can you expect?
- You will become familiar with key concepts such as freedom of expression, privacy, data protection, the right to information, cyberbullying, and hate speech.
- You will enhance your digital literacy and learn how to recognize, appropriately respond to, and report violations of rights in the online environment.
- You will develop advocacy and digital rights protection skills, while being encouraged to critically assess online information and engage effectively by offering creative solutions.
- You will acquire knowledge and tools for applying modern technologies in digital and democratic activism.
The programme includes an interactive approach, combining short introductory lectures with workshops, group work, simulations, and open discussions.
