Nikola Obradović graduated from the Humanities Studies at the University of Donja Gorica, where he is currently pursuing his master’s studies. He successfully completed the Media Literacy Forum organized by the CCE, the Fact Checkers Academy organized by the Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) with the support of NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, an online course on the basics of cyber hygiene organized by the Civil Research and Development Foundation (CRDF Global), then the Regional School of Political Philosophy Dr. Zoran Đinđić, organized by the Dr. Zoran Đinđić Foundation and the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade, as well as the School for Raising Awareness of Multiculturalism organized by CEDEM. Furthermore, he finished the capacity-building programme for youth within CCE’s YouthJobLink project – connecting youth and social enterprises, supported by the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Montenegro. Through internal CCE’s training, he enhanced his skills in event organization, conducting tender procedures, free access to information, using WordPress, writing project proposals, and communicating projects funded by EU funds, but also basics in Albanian language. Additionally, he gained proficiency in the basics of the Albanian language. He is one of the authors of the publications Youth Between Marginalization, Radicalization, and Potential and Free Access to Information in Montenegro – A System Ready for Filter Change. He was associate in production of of publications Unlocking Digital Potential – Analysis of the State of E-Government in Montenegro and Gender Pulse of Media in the Election Campaign – Media Monitoring of Parliamentary Elections in Montenegro 2023 with a focus on the gender perspective. He is a member of the Association of Fighters of the National Liberation War and Antifascists of Montenegro. He has knowledge of the English language.
