HEART: Helping Empowerment and Resilience for Today’s Youth

announces a

CALL FOR PROPOSALS
for support to civil society organizations (CSOs) projects in Montenegro

Project proposals that aim to contribute to the prevention of peer violence and juvenile delinquency, while promoting a culture of human rights and dialogue, can be submitted by 8 November 2024, by 16:00.

Eligible CSOs must:

  • have legal entity status;
  • be non-profit;
  • be registered in Montenegro for at least 12 months before the project proposal submission deadline;
  • be based in Montenegro;
  • be directly responsible for preparing and managing the project.

A comprehensive capacity-building programme in project management and strengthening project visibility will be provided for supported CSOs.

Applications, along with accompanying technical documentation, should be sent by email to info@cgo-cce.org with the subject line – “Call for CSO Project Support in Montenegro – HEART,” and a print version should be sent to: Centre for Civic Education (CCE), Svetlane Kane Radević 1/1, 81 000 Podgorica.

For any clarifications, additional information can be requested by sending questions to info@cgo-cce.org by 15 October 2024, 16:00 at the latest, with the email subject “Call for CSO Project Support in Montenegro – HEART – Question.”

It is planned that this Call will support five projects, with a total value of up to EUR 35,000. The requested amount may cover up to 100% of eligible costs. If the requested amount is not supported at 100%, the difference must be covered by non-EU budget funds.

Project HEART: Helping Empowerment and Resilience for Today’s Youth is implemented by CCE, in partnership with the Regional Academy for Democratic Development (ADD). The project is funded by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry of Public Administration.
