Nikola Đurašević, Programme Assistant

Nikola Đurašević graduated from the Humanities Studies at the University of Donja Gorica, where he is currently pursuing his master’s studies in International Relations. He completed the regional Democracy School organized by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), the Centre for International Relations from Banja Luka, and the Centre for International Studies from Zagreb. During the 2023 Presidential and Parliamentary elections, he participated as an accredited observer from the CCE. Furthermore, he finished the capacity-building programme for youth within CCE’s YouthJobLink project – connecting youth and social enterprises, supported by the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Montenegro. Through internal CCE’s training, he advanced his skills in event organization, conducting tender procedures, free access to information, using WordPress, writing project proposals, and communicating projects funded by EU funds, as well as basics of the Albanian language. He participated in numerous seminars and conferences in Montenegro, the region, and EU countries. He collaborated in the production of publications such as Unlocking Digital Potential – Analysis of the State of E-Government in Montenegro and Gender Pulse of Media in the Election Campaign – Media Monitoring of Parliamentary Elections in Montenegro 2023 with a focus on the gender perspective. He is proficient in English, with knowledge also of the Italian language.
