Seven non-governmental organizations, whose focus is also on gender equality, today sent an open letter to the Prime Minister- designate Zdravko Krivokapić, asking him to withdraw Vesna Bratić’s candidacy for Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, and to nominate for the same position a woman who is sensible for gender equality and fully aware of legal obligations in that respect.
At the initiative of the non-governmental organisation ANIMA – Centre for Women’s and Peace Education, the letter was supported by the NGOs Montenegrin Women’s Lobby, Center for Women’s Rights, Centre for Civic Education (CCE), Shelter, Prima, and Strong Mama.
