announces a Call for the Workshop

Transitional Justice through Montenegrin and Regional Experience

During the two days of lectures and discussions, we will address issues related to progress in the reconciliation process in the region a quarter of a century after the war, the legacy of the Hague Tribunal, as well as war crimes prosecutions in Montenegro, to intensify dialogue on transitional justice in Montenegro. Regional and domestic experts from academia, the judiciary, international and Montenegrin organizations will be with us during these discussions.

The workshop will be held via Zoom on 18 and 19 November 2020, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Young professionals in the judiciary, legal experts from other institutions and the civil sector, as well as law students from the University of Montenegro, University of Mediterranean and the University of Donja Gorica can apply for the workshop.

The deadline for submitting applications is 15 November 2020 by 3:00 p.m.

The number of participants is limited and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
