Information session notice

The Centre for Civic Education (CCE) organizes information sessions to present details of the call for proposals for projects of civil society organisations (CSO) within the project “CSOs in Montenegro – from basic services to policy shaping – M’BASE”.

Information sessions will be held according to the following schedule:

7 April 2021, 11:00 to 13:00, Bijelo Polje, Municipal Hall, 2nd floor

9 April 2021, 10:00 to 12:00, Podgorica, EU Info Centre

The objectives, themes and eligibility criteria of the call will be presented in detail at the info sessions, and the project team will answer the questions of interested CSOs.

The number of participants is limited due to the prescribed epidemiological measures, hence, please register via e-mail MBASE@cgo-cce.org, no later than 6 April, until 14:00 for attendance at the information session in Bijelo Polje, and 8 April until 14:00 for attendance at the information session in Podgorica respectively.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only those who register in this manner and receive confirmation that they are on the list of participants will be able to attend the information session. Applications will be collected upon delivery to ensure equal opportunities for all.

The objective of the call is to contribute to the successful EU integration process of Montenegro by empowering the civil society participation in decision-making processes and implementation of reforms, as well as strengthening partnerships between CSOs, but also CSOs and local authorities.

A total of EUR 550,000 will be allocated through this Call, while support for individual projects will range from a minimum of EUR 10,000 to a maximum of EUR 60,000.

The project CSOs in Montenegro – from basic services to policy shaping – M’BASE is implementing the Centre for Civic Education (CCE), in partnership with the German foundation Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), NGO Center for the Protection and Research of Birds (CZIP) and NGO Politikon Network (PIN) from Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media and European Integration Office of the Government of Montenegro. The project is financed by the European Union.
