Centre for Civic Education (CCE/CGO), on behalf of the RECOM Reconciliation Network,
is renewing third Call for projects from civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Kosovo
Project proposals that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge about judicial facts, strengthening the voices of victims, accepting and revealing facts about wartime events and crimes in local communities, and building a regional culture of memory and reconciliation can be submitted until 20 September 2023.
In order to be eligible for sub-granting, civil society organisation must be:
- legal person registered in accordance to the relevant national registration procedures in Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo or Montenegro;
- non-profit making;
- active at the level of a local community;
- have organisational capacity and directly responsible for the preparation and management of the project (with partners if applicable).
To apply for the competition, it is necessary to complete the Application form (in Albanian) and Budget template (in Albanian). Before filling out these forms, please carefully read the detail instructions – Guidelines (in Albanian).
Applications for the Call, with accompanying technical documentation, should be sent by email to recom.call@cgo-cce.org, with the subject “Supporting Grass-root Civil Society Actors – RECOM Reconciliation Network”

The total amount of funds for implementing the renewed Third Call is EUR 43, 000, with the maximum amount for an individual grant being EUR 7, 000.

NOTE: All applications submitted under the Third Call will also be considered as submitted applications for this renewed Call. If organizations have obtained funds for the implementation of the proposed project in the meantime or wish to modify activities, it is necessary to inform the CCE/CGO about this.
