Call for participation in a non-formal training programme and paid work engagement for unemployed young people from the territory of Montenegro up to the age of 30

Centre for Civic Education (CCE), within the project YouthJobLink – Linking Youth & Social Enterprises, supported by the European Union through the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance, opens

CALL
for participation in a non-formal training programme and paid work engagement
for unemployed young people from the territory of Montenegro up to the age of 30

The training programme consists of three modules:

  • soft skills – communication and public presentation skills, professional correspondence, work ethics, and job interview preparation;
  • project cycle – identifying social issues to address, designing a concrete idea, writing a project and budget proposal, project implementation rules, and project reporting;
  • social entrepreneurship – specifics and advantages of social entrepreneurship, the position of social entrepreneurship in Montenegro, the concept of social enterprises, the importance of business for the benefit of society, and a brief course on the human rights of vulnerable/marginalized groups.

All three modules will be held in Podgorica during October and November 2023.

The total number of participants in the training is 40, while 10 participants from this group will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and skills through a six-month paid job engagement in social enterprises.

Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV and a motivation letter to info@cgo-cce.org with the subject “For YouthJobLink” no later than 9 October 2023, at 16:00.

Selection criteria include the quality of the application, the level of demonstrated motivation, and the ability to apply skills and knowledge. During the selection process, gender balance and other diversities will be taken into account, especially when it comes to marginalized groups on different grounds.
