CALL
for participation in the
TRAINING ON DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP FOR EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS
We invite education professionals to apply for a two-day training on digital citizenship, which will take place on 2 and 3 April 2026, in the South or North of Montenegro.
This training aims to provide education professionals with a deeper understanding of various aspects of digital rights, as well as with knowledge and tools to encourage responsible digital behaviour among young people, with the goal of integrating digital citizenship into everyday teaching practice.
Education professionals will be introduced to digital rights, including areas related to online safety, the prevention of cyberbullying and the protection of privacy. In addition, they will gain insight into the broader concept of digital citizenship and explore ways in which modern technologies can be presented to young people as a tool for social activism. Special emphasis will also be placed on fostering cooperation and networking among participants, enabling the exchange of ideas, experiences, and resources.
The training will be delivered by experienced trainers, with sessions organised through dynamic presentations, interactive methods, and practical activities.
Who can apply?
Education professionals from across Montenegro, except those who completed the same training within this programme in 2025.
How to apply?
All interested candidates may apply directly, via the link.
The application deadline is 22 March 2026 at 23:59.
The training is free of charge for selected participants, meaning that the CCE will cover the costs of accommodation, travel, meals, and programme organisation. The training is organised within the project “Protection of Rights and Promotion of Digital Citizenship – Montenegrin Digital Shield (MDS)”, implemented by CCE in partnership with the SHARE Foundation from Serbia and in cooperation with the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services, with financial support from the European Union and co-financing from the Ministry of Regional and Investment Development and Cooperation with NGOs.
Detailed information about the programme will be provided to candidates invited to participate in the training, following the selection process and evaluation of applications.
