Centre for Civic Education (CCE) opens the Call for students for

MEDIA LITERACY FORUM AND INTERNSHIP

Media Literacy Forum offers wide spectrum of theoretical and practical knowledge on media literacy, with focus on social media and disclosure of fake news. During the three days of intensive and dynamic programme, a group of 20 selected students will have the opportunity to learn from international and domestic experts learn about digital responsibility, investigation techniques and modalites of verifying information.

Media Literacy Forum will be held on 12, 13 and 14 February (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) in Podgorica, and all the costs will be covered by the organizer.

For successful attendance of the Forum, the participants will receive diplomas and the CCE will additionally, based on the assessment of dedication, work and motivation demonstrated by the students, select five participants and offer them three months long paid internship in non-governmental organisations and media, which also include expert mentor support.

The Call is open for students of all faculties and universities in Montenegro, but those with track record in social activism and intention to use acquired knowledge in affirmation of digital and media literacy will have the advantage.
